Back in August, Jose Jose, Imelda, and I traveled to Phoenix to connect with local dancers and reunite with longtime friends and supporters of Dance in the Desert. The passion everyone shared for the program and its growth was truly inspiring, and we even squeezed in a rehearsal with some dancers from Stories from Home.
