I am excited to share that our collaborative project Las Fronterizas production "Mis Amores Fronterizos," was featured in KJZZ's Fronteras Desk!

The article "In long-awaited performance, Las Fronterizas focus on love in the borderlands" by Kendal Blust captures the years long process of creating and nurturing the show through the pandemic.

"Understanding, appreciating and accurately representing that unique borderland culture is at the heart of what Las Fronterizas are trying to do. "We want to amplify the voices of the border community, and let people know the love that also lives here,” Ortega said. “People don’t really know what it’s like. All they hear is the bad stories.”
